ADVANCED TRAINING
Sally was trained at aveda institute and earned her advanced training at the Jon English Salon, both located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has attended styling and cutting classes in New York. She was invited to Paris Fashion Week in 2012 to do hair styling for runway shows. She has mastered many textures and shapes, including techniques like dry cutting.
As a mentor and teacher, Sally has helped others grow in their hair cutting craft and learn how to use their eye in capturing shapes and texture. She is always continuing her growth as a stylist and is in search of new techniques and hair design. She stays current with trends in color and cutting, because for Sally “no matter what age you are or how long you have been doing hair, there is always room to learn and grow.” She continues her education attending new technique and styling classes.
Mostly she loves creating unique styles and updos for special occasions from the most voluminous blow dry to a beach wave set. Most of all, Sally values the connection she has with her clients and loves that they can come to her to relax with ease and enjoy.
